   1.2. We simplify the process of selecting and contracting with Service Providers, offering competitive rates due to our multiple contracts and ensuring real-time tracking of the service process.
   1.3. The specific terms, including pricing and scope of services, will be outlined in the agreement between you and the selected Service Provider.
2. Fees and Payment
   2.1. You agree to pay the fees for the Service as outlined at the time of booking. The Company may charge a facilitation fee for connecting you with a Service Provider.
   2.2. Payments are processed through our platform at the time of booking, and any additional charges by the Service Provider will be communicated and authorized by you before being processed.
   2.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
3. Customer Responsibilities
   3.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking a service through our platform.
   3.2. You must ensure that access to the waste collection site is unobstructed and that waste is prepared according to the Service Provider’s requirements.
   3.3. Any issues with the service provided by the Service Provider should be reported to us promptly for resolution.
4. Role of the Company
   4.1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the performance of the Service Providers.
   4.2. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of services provided by the Service Providers, although we strive to connect you with reputable and reliable partners.
5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or the services provided by the Service Providers.
   5.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for our Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
   6.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia.
   6.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Richmond, Virginia.
